Zargun - Silver and Zircon Ring
Embrace the wisdom and beauty of imperfection with the Wabi-sabi collection. These precious pieces possess a flawed beauty that will remind the wearer to take pleasure in the moment, appreciate the small things in life, and find beauty in the imperfect, humble and unconventional.
The 'Zargun' ring has been handmade by Christina Lowry in her Brisbane-based studio. This recycled sterling silver ring features a natural Australian Zircon hammer set in an organic shaped head, which sits on a hammered and textured finish band. The inside of the band is hand finished to a high polish.
This ring is a one of a kind piece and forms part of the Wabi-sabi collection. Each piece has been handmade to a high standard while shaking off the conformity of modern jewellery design. Celebrate your creative spirit with a piece from this rare and scintillating range.
(Zircon is sometimes confused with cubic zirconia, but is a naturally occurring gemstone. This particular stone was fossicked by my parents in North Queensland.)
Zargun is the Persian name that Zircon was derived from.
